St. Veronica School

Registration Periods

#1        Beginning January 15, 2016

 

  • For all St. Veronica School students currently enrolled who are in grades Pre-school through 7. This period includes both “Active Parish” and “Non-Active / Out-of-Parish” students currently enrolled and attending St. Veronica School.
  • Registrations for siblings of currently enrolled “Active Parish” students will be accepted at this time; siblings will be given priority in grades Pre-school through 7. If the number of sibling registrations should cause enrollment to exceed capacity at any given grade level, admissions will be accepted on a first come-first served basis from registrations received in that registration period.

 

#2        Beginning January 22, 2016

 

  • For any parish member who wants to transfer a student from another elementary school to St. Veronica School in grades K-8. If the number of parish registrations should cause enrollment to exceed capacity at any given grade level, admission will be accepted on a first come-first served basis from registrations received in that registration period. Registration for Pre-school will be accepted at this time for parish members.

 

#3        Beginning January 31, 2016 - OPEN REGISTRATION

 

  • For any “out-of-parish” family who wants to transfer a student from some other elementary school to St. Veronica School in grades K-8 and Pre-School.
  • If the number of registrations should cause enrollment to exceed capacity at any given grade level, admissions will be accepted on a first come-first serve basis among siblings of currently enrolled “out-of-parish” students and then of new “out-of-parish” students.

 

 

 

It is imperative that families register during the assigned time periods in order to have optimum chance of securing admission to

St. Veronica Parish School for the 2016-2017 school year.

The School Office will answer any questions regarding the registration process while the Parish Office will handle all financial questions. School registration forms shall be turned into the school office during the time periods indicated above.
 
Students transferring to St. Veronica in Junior High (grades 6 & 7) will be accepted upon discretion of the principal. Any transfer student into 6th or 7th grade will be on a thirty (30) day probationary period. Students entering 8th grade will only be accepted if they are transferring from another district and upon approval from the principal.
