Education has always been a focal point for me. I was born in Cincinnati and was blessed to attend a Catholic elementary school and high school. After graduation, I entered the Sisters of St. Francis, Oldenburg, a teaching community. Then, I earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Marian University, Indianapolis, and a master’s degree in English from the University of Notre Dame. To add to my educational background, I studied at St. Mary’s University in Minnesota, where I received a master’s degree in pastoral ministry. I continue to be a lifelong learner, taking additional college classes and reading avidly. Besides reading, my hobbies include gardening and cooking. I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my two cats, Athena and Belle.
