My name is Ingrid Sabla and I am the Spanish Teacher at St. Veronica. I am from Puerto Rico and Spanish is my first language. I left Puerto Rico to attend Regis College in Weston, Massachussetts. After I completed my Bachelor's degree in Biology, I went to Middle Tennessee State University for my Master degree in Science. I then worked at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and Hartford Clinical Research Group for many years before I decided to go into teaching. I first taught at Corryville Catholic as a self-contained 4th grade teacher and at Immaculate Heart of Mary School as the Spanish teacher for 9 years. I love teaching the Spanish language and culture to elementary and middle school students and enjoy watching their progress as they gain knowledge in the language.
