Step 1 – OptionC Parent Portal. Login to your OptionC parent account and go to Office/Enrollment. Proceed to Re-register Student(s). Be sure to select “register for next school year” OR “do not register.” Click the green Save button. You may also register new students in your family. To finalize, click the green Submit Student(s) to School button. Contact the school office (513-528-0442) if you have any questions or need assistance with this step.

Step 2 – FACTS Tuition Management. If you currently have a FACTS account, you do not need to create a new one, but you do need to login to your account to select your payment plan for 2023-2024. If you are new to FACTS, you will need to create an account. NEW THIS YEAR – ALL FAMILIES MUST SET UP A FACTS ACCOUNT, EVEN IF YOU INTEND TO MAKE ONE PAYMENT IN FULL. Once you have completed Steps 1 & 2, we will update your FACTS account with tuition and fees. The registration fee ($175 K-8 and/or $125 PS/PK) will be charged to your account before the registration process is considered complete.
Step 3 - Documentation. If you are enrolling a new preschooler or kindergartener, you must submit a Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate (if applicable), Custody Agreement (if applicable), and Immunization Record (for kindergarteners). A request for Health Record will be made for preschoolers from teachers prior to the start of the school year. Documents may be dropped off in the school office or emailed to registration@stveronica.org.
